Select Board approves three downtown liquor licenses

Plainville Select Board unanimously approves three downtown liquor licenses including beer garden expansion. The board granted an On-Premises All Alcoholic Beverages License to No Siesta Cantina, LLC, operated by Marisol Santillan at 52 Washington Street, with all town departments having signed off. The board also approved a Change of Location for Comedy Lab, LLC, relocating the license to 120 South Street to support Bacon Square Bistro's beer garden expansion.
Bacon Square Bistro's license was altered to permit expansion from 1,200 square feet to approximately 6,000 square feet, including 5,040 square feet of outdoor patio space and 960 square feet of indoor space for food service, beverage service, and a stage.
