PLAINVILLE — Select Board approves street improvements, appoints Jordan to committee. The Plainville Select Board unanimously approved a street layout alteration for portions of Messenger and Taunton Streets and appointed Gabriela Jordan, former Foxborough assistant planner, to the Community Preservation Committee with a term ending June 30, 2027. State Representative Marcus Vaughn announced the town's Chapter 90 road-funding allocation increased to $589,246 from $463,929, with Town Administrator Brian Noble credited with local advocacy driving the increase.
The board held the Employee Handbook for additional review and deferred the Water & Sewer ADU Connection Policy to a second reading.
