PLAINVILLE — Planning Board approves Field of Dreams park first phase. The Plainville Planning Board voted 5-0 to approve the first phase of the 80 School Street project, designed to be built in phases based on town priorities and recreation needs. The board also approved a site plan and special permit for an 8,450-square-foot storage building at 76 Taunton Street in a 4-1 vote, with Christopher Desprez opposed.
Separately, the board voted 3-2 to refer proposed zoning articles to the Select Board for Town Meeting, with Desprez and Stanley Widak Jr. opposed.
