Plainville Zoning Board approves garage finding for Rhodes Street; extends hearing timeline for Taunton Street appeal. The board unanimously granted a 500-28/Section 6 finding for applicant Matthew Dzialo-Evans to build a garage on a nonconforming lot, addressing a lot-frontage deficiency in the RA zoning district. The board also unanimously extended the hearing and decision deadline to May 19 for Beth Bryson's appeal of an approved site plan modification at 77 Taunton Street, which conflicted with her April schedule.
Also continued to May 19 was an appeal by Evan Benson of earth-removal enforcement at 41 Hawkins Street; the board authorized the Planning Director to work with Town Counsel on a decision.
