Jackson School Council unanimously approves minutes, plans parent survey

PLAINVILLE — Jackson School Council advances planning for parent climate survey. The site council approved prior meeting minutes unanimously at its March 4 meeting and focused the session on developing a parent survey about school climate, culture, and well-being. Principal Samantha Hinnant will coordinate with the technology department to evaluate survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey, while Parent Representative Kevin Cormier will research translation options to reach non-English-speaking families.
The survey is scheduled for release March 26 or 27, with results to be reviewed at the council's April 1 meeting to inform school improvement goals.
