Plainville commission approves storage facility permit. The Conservation Commission unanimously approved a Certificate of Action for 157 South St LLC's 8,450-square-foot storage facility and parking at 76 Taunton Street following positive peer and Planning Board reviews represented by applicant Nick Kelling of Level Design Group. The commission also continued a septic-system replacement hearing at 42 Treasure Island Road to March 24, issued a negative determination for a 12-by-14-foot shed at 34 Treasure Island Road, and advanced proposed dock-regulation amendments to bylaw Section 472 for Town Council review.
