Conservation Commission approves parking grading project for Bacon Square Properties

Plainville Conservation Commission approves Order of Condition for Bacon Square Properties grading. Nick Facendola of Level Design represented the applicant; the vote was unanimous. The project will backfill demolished basements, level the site, and restore wetlands buffers at Assessors Map 12, Lots 127, 127A, 128, 129, and 130.

The Commission continued three Notices of Intent pending further review: Attleboro Enterprises' conversion of 300 South Street to a facility for disabled adults; Mark and Tammy Madden's septic replacement at Treasure Island Road; and the 384-unit Regency at Heather Hill development on the former golf course with grading revisions under peer review.
