PLAINVILLE — Board of Health hears World Cup temporary housing proposal. The Plainville Board of Health, in a joint informational meeting with five other boards on March 10, considered a proposal from Hatch Materials Organization to establish temporary housing for World Cup attendees at 80 Washington Street, with 186 recreational vehicle spaces. Board members Lou LeBlanc, DJ Fairbanks, and Bob Davis, along with Health Director Deborah J.

Revelle, attended. Ms. Revelle has drafted an approval letter to allow temporary housing under State housing code requirements.
