Plainville Board of Assessors unanimously approves minutes and abatement documents. Chairperson Patricia Stewart presided as the board reviewed and signed Motor Vehicle Excise abatements for February and March 2026 totaling $4,929.06, along with a Real Estate exemption of $880.00 and an FY26 Real Estate correction of $5,243.08. All motions to accept listed documents and assessor's business passed unanimously.
The board then entered executive session to discuss abatements and exemptions under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 59, Section 60, adjourning at 4:49 p.m.
